This learning module is designed to give co-op housing staff, directors, members and educators context for understanding the impact that language can have on others’ sense of respect, safety, and inclusion. Upon completing this module, learners will be able to identify potentially harmful communication habits, and understand how to adapt to use more identity-affirming language.
